Additionally, PlantSys Operation analyzes historical data and generates detailed reports, support in predictive maintenance. PlantSys provides two reporting options
In-operation reporting
Real-time and historical data trends from the plant’s automation system are stored and maintained for two years, with tools to export and print trend data. The operator can choose the measurements, colours and line widths to be plotted on the trend and save trend definitions for later use.
External reporting service (optional)
Accessible via a secure internet connection, this service offers detailed reports on plant performance metrics, including hourly averages, raw minute-level data, and comprehensive production summaries. The user selects the time period of the data to be presented in the report. The contents of the report can be further exported for processing in Microsoft Excel.
